Mega cisterna magma vs arachnoid cyst

Hello,
My five year old son has recently had some conflicting diagnosis. He has had 2 MRI's from different hospitals and one neuro radiologist says he has a mega cisterna magma.  The other says he has an arachnoid cyst. His symptoms are headaches, nausea, occasional vomiting, behavior changes, and the most concerning is Vision loss. He had an EPSDT screening last year with 20/20 vision, now his vision is 20/60. The vision changes happened in about 5 weeks time. The neuro-optamologist did an exam and said he needed to have a Spinal tap. He thought he saw the beginning of papilladema. He also said something about bumpy nerves. I would appreciate any comments from someone that is knowledgable with this type of situation. We are in a situation where the surgeon, optamology and the radiologist all seem to have different opinions. Thank you in advance.
