Memory Loss Numness In Right Hand

I am 60 years old in good health.
I play light volleyball once a week.
After about 1 and half hour in to the game once every 3-4 a months, I get loss of memory...like I gorget my wife's name, my home number etc..Also I get numness in Right Hand only and right jow.
This last for about 45 minutes or so.
During the game I do drink 2 - 3 12 OZ bootle water..
Before game I try to have light snack tea biscuits etc
Seems like this helps for a while and symptons do come back
This happened yesterday, 01/10/09 after may be 4 monyhs...
Any suggetions.
