Memory Problems

I am experiencing marked memory problems with lithium medication.
Short term memory problems involved in simple calculations.
Being unable to recall recent events.
and often being unable to remember, particular words, mid-sentence!
A similar problem was referred to neurology from mental health.
Have you any helpful suggestions

gosh i have this same problem, im also on lithium. but my memory problems have been going on for alot longer... its just progressively worse since i started the lithium, but my headaches have gotten better...
