It is very prudent to thoroughly investigate the case in consultation with a neurologist. Although meningiomas may remain asymptomatic for a long time, they generally do not tend to disappear by themselves.
Since you already had been diagnosed with a meningioma, and are experiencing some symptoms again which may/may not be attributable to the meningioma (incase it exists), a thorough neurological examination and investigations are warranted at the earliest.
