Hi my wife (Aged 29 Years) was diagnosed with Right Frontal parasagital meningioma last year in April. She presented compliant of headache for 20 days prior to diganosis. The MR Venogram showed
blockedBlocked tear duct superior sagital sinus. She underwent right frontal craniotomy and total excision with superior sagital sinus excised along with tumor. The Biopsy report showed a meningothelial meningioma.
We have been getting MRI done for last three quarters and last one in january 2007. All was
normalNormal saline flush. In the last three to four days she is complaining of similar headache.
So what are the chances of recurrence in case of a meningothelial meningioma?
What should be done now?
