Meniscus Cartilage

by Olive__0, Aug 29, 1998 12:00AM

My daughter strained the media collateral ligament in her right knee 6 wks ago. It has healed nicely, but she can't straighten her knee and has lost a lot of muscle bulk above it. They say the meniscus cartilage is likely cracked. Will it repair itself? She is 14 and possibly done growing.
