Mercury Poisoning

My sister has developed mercury poisoning received through a flu shot 6 years previous.  Conventional physicians has told her that there's nothing they can do for her since her system cannot tolerate steroids/antibiotics due to an overdose of these in an effort to cure her Lyme Disease. She now has a Homeopathic Dr. taking care of care. My question is:  What is her prognosis on fighting the mercury poisoning through this type of care?

Hi,
Thanks for posting.
It is difficult to tell if her current treatment will be effective or not unless it is known what medications she is taking.
Chelation treatment with unithiol or Na –DMS has proved quite helpful in improving the prognosis of patients with mercury poisoning.
Thanks.

Actually, mercury poisoning is completely curable, but not by using the methods as this previous person has described. One needs to do slow and steady oral chelation using DMSA, DMPS and/or ALA. DO NOT have your sister use cilantro, EDTA or chlorella. Vitamin C is good, but not a truly effective chelator. You or your sister need to order Dr. Andy Cutler's "Amalgam Illness" book at www.****.***. I suffered from both mercury and lead toxicity and am finally back on the road to good health. This is, of course, after I did stupid things to mess myself up further by chelating with stuff like chlorella. There is a TON of mis-information out there, even in the alternative world. What the previous poster was correct about, however, is that no chelation should begin unless all mercury amalgams have been removed. One then also needs to adress any adrenal and/or thyroid issues before chelation or you could make yourself a lot worse. People using Dr. Cutler's protocol get results, and that means getting well. Best to you and your sister!

your sister can seek treatment by going to a physician who is into alternative medicine. s/he can used a method to detoxify her. She needs that. it will help her. the doc can suggest vitamins to take. for example, sun chlorella  or even vitamin C or both. both take mercury out of the body. also make sure she doesn't have amalgam fillings (silver fillings which contain mercury). if she does then she needs them removed by a dentist certfied with IAOMT (certification for safely removing amalgams).
the wesbite should teach you about it: http://www.iaomt.org/
if she has amalgams then they must get those removed SAFELY (so don't go to your regular dentist) and THEN detoxify. this is in case any mercury does get released while removing them but safety procedures make sure that even if it is taken in in any way then it will not harm the body. for example, a rubber dam is used so amalgam doesn' t fall in, and chlorella is given before and after in case any mercury leaked in.
