Microadenoma and exercise

Hey I have just been diagnosed with a 6mm Microadenoma.

Should I still weight train, and do cardio fitness 4 times a week?

Should I stop taking- protein, d-asparic acid and creatine

Should I stop drinking alcohol?

Thank you

Thanks for your insight.
I was rather looking for any information regarding negative effects of exercise, supplements and alcohol on the microadenoma in my head, as not to aggravate it. Not just about carb and protein loading in general to gain muscle mass, and to use d-asparic acid to raise your bodys naturals test levels. That's just exercise science, consume more train more gain more.
