Microadenoma of Pituitary

Microadenoma of Pituitary

I had a MRI done which shows a microadenoma of 3*3*2 mm.  My Calcium level has been around 11 for the past three blood tests,PTH of 83 and Prolactin of 27, FSH is 4.9 and Estradiol is less than 7.  Went to see endocrinologist who said 5% of all population show adenoma on MRIs so he said to disregard it. Could this adenoma grow bigger with time if ignored?  PTH is still high ad so is my calcium and he said my FSH and estrogen seem abnormal because I am on the pill. so, basically it's all psychological according to the doc.  Does this all make sense to anyone?  I have been suffering from gross fatigue for over a year now and that's what lead to all the testing by my GP and a referral to an Endocrinologist.  Also, could prolactin levels change depending on the time of the day blood is drawn.  Frist time, it was drawn in the morning and came out high, next during the middle of the day and Endo said they are normal now.  How should I pursue this further?
