Microvascular Ischemic insult

Microvascular Ischemic insult

I was in a car accident and was knocked out, my head was shaken so hard, but my head hit nothing.
I went to a doctor a had 4 MRI'S I will just tell about Brain MRI.

Small T2 hyperintense areas are noted in the frontal lobe white matter measuring up to 5mm.
What does this mean?

Minimal dilated pervascular spaces are incidentally noted in the parietal white matter bilaterally.
What does this mean?

After this
Questionable clinical significance, likely due to some type of prior Microvascular Ischemic insult.

The only thing I understand about this is, it is an insult to anyone's intellegence even mine which is barely working, to make a comment like this. Could anyone explain what does this really mean?
When you have lesions, screwed up white matter disapearing and then to say likely due to a severe type of other brain injury prior is insulting in itself
