Migraine like symptoms but for months

I'll try to keep is short and hope someone has any idea.

2011: sudden onset of joint pain in both hands, 2 months later a combination of insomnia, erectile dysfunction, shooting electric pains up my right arm, tingling/numb fingers especially on my right hand, dry/irritated eyes. A month later I had ankle and knee joint pain too (some pain pushing even a shopping cart). Joint paint got better except for my hands but within 3 months the new symptom (which became the worst) started: dizziness. Not terrible and not dizziness in the sense of lightheaded either (more like car sick and it is constant, at first for hours and then for days). Fast forward 5 years later. Some symptoms have come/gone but over time the dizziness got worse and I found it was often triggered by what I eat. In 2011 I started an elimination diet and by 2016 I ate nothing outside (no processed foods whatsoever because I am so sensitive). The "dizziness" has only gotten worse. In January 2015 it became really bad, not from food but from switching zoloft generics to a different manufacturer (took it for a week until I got vertigo attacks, after that I had what I guess would be called visual vertigo ever since to varying degrees). I was also having difficulty wearing my glasses (it just became hard to focus my eyes with them on). I was feeling constantly awful, day in and night, never relenting so I went to a ENT. Only a right maxillary sinus polyp was found. Auditory and VNG testing was normal. MRI w/wo contrast showed nothing abnormal. Flew to another country to visit the inlaws and my head got really bad (well worse than normal... it felt like my brain was loose with every step). I felt terrible for a week and then seemed to get better after eating grapefruit (I had eliminated even citrus at this point I was so sensitive but since I was already so bad I didn't see the harm). I seemed to get better and after a week I was feeling almost normal. I flew back home and within 2 days I was feeling bad again (though not as bad as when I first flew and felt terrible). New Neurologist: EEG testing is normal, Video EEG is normal. Lyme antibody is negative. By this time I would describe my head as feeling pressure on the right side (like my head is being pushed in) and constantly feeling ill (I would say it is probably a mixture of the feelings of nausea and motion sickness). So I said I have this pressure on my right side and this polyp so take it out. That's what I did. It made no difference. I had an antibiotic prescription of Ceftin for 7 days but I got another 20 because I had a sinus infection after the surgery. After about 10 to 14 days on the Antibiotics I started to feel good. By the end of the antibiotics I felt so good that my wife said I was annoying (singing in the morning). I felt not only good but perfectly normal. I was convinced the sinus surgery cured me (at the time it was still inflamed and I assumed it took time for me to feel better). After the antibiotic treatment I felt less well but not terrible (at least well enough I could live). I started working hard, drinking several cups of coffee a day and all was good. But after a month or so I started to feel ill again. After a week the dizziness/motion sickness started. In another week, something new and worse started. My right scalp started tingling quite a bit. . A few days later and the left side of my forehead was going numb. During this time I felt throbbing in my right scalp on night. Some days I can barely put 2 thoughts together. On others I have to wear a had because light bothers me so muchNo pain though. Just this very ill feeling. So this was mid May. It's almost August and none of this has stopped. It is constant, 24 hours a day. It has gotten very slowly better but still miserable. Neurologist says he doesn't know what it is but it could be anxiety. I have had bad anxiety before and I lose weight when that happens because I don't eat. Lots of bloodwork from the family doc (the only odd thing was roughly 2500 for b12 consistently, which is high and homocystein is almost 2x normal but... I thought I might have a functional b12 issue with b12 not getting absorbed from the blood into the cells but after taking a ton of b12, I'm not seeing a miracle cure). One week I had my right ear drum spasming constantly for 10 to 30 minutes every morning. Sometimes my head feels pain on the right side when I bend over (sharp little pains in the center of my right scalp). Blood pressure is fine. CBC comprehensive panel are normal. Only vitamin D was low but I think everyone is. Tried taking every B vitamin, magnesium, zync, salt pills, pinella, so many things. Started topamax 25 mg but no magic cure (not sure if it is doing anything). Any ideas?

Could be fibromyalgia too. Fibromyalgia is strange...you can have IBS, changing pain areas and fibro fog (disorientation).
I have a combo of fibromyalgia, food allergies (beans and nightshade) and atypical migraines. Going on a migraine diet and starting a calendar to chart how you feel, what you ate and the weather (any other important information about a triggering event) would help you and your doctor pin down what is the cause of your problem.
Once you know, life improves.
It took me 2 years of pursuit and a lot of doctors that didn't listen to me before I found the one who knew about this issue!
