Migraine

I have suffered with vascular migraine headaches for about 17 years.  I am a 36 yr. old female and have been on many different medications over these years.  I have been seeing a neurolgists that specialists in headaches but we are not having much success. Although the headaches are somewhat less intense then in previous years, I am still having them about twice a week.  Along with my daily medicine I am treating the headaches with the Imitrex injections.  I am limited me to two shots a week and they only take the edge off of the headache not make it go away.  Is this the most up-to-date treatment for the onset of a migraine?  My main question is:  Is it possible to obtain a list of Doctors that treat migraine headaches at the Cleveland Clinic?  I am desperate to find someone that can help me. I would also like to know if the headache clinic would be an option?
Thank you for your time and information.
