I have been experiencing migraines for 15 years(usually 1 every other month or less) and most recently, they have become much more frequent - 4 or 5 per month.
In the past 6 months I have had continual numbnessNumbness and tingling on the left side of my faceFace pain, tongueTongue tie and throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture...now i am having heart flutterAtrial fibrillation/flutter and feel that the headaches are making me very anxious.
I have been to 2 neurologists and several other doctors trying to get to the bottom of this. I had and MRI(no contrast) and they cannot find the cause.
Does anyone have any suggestions as far as a next step?
Or waht this may possibly be?
Hello Dear,
You probably have hemiplegic migraine where , the symptoms are indicative of vascular disease and can be thought to be stroke. There are neurological signs of numbness and associated weakness with hemiplegic migraine.
You should consult your physician and monitor your blood pressure levels.Refer http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11432020
