Migraines or Epilepsy?

(I have been diagnosed with migraines and bi-temporal epilepsy, )

I felt really cold all day, had problems with concentration and speech at work ,in evening I felt like I was freezing, I put on really warm pajams, robe, and covered with a blanket, I fell alseep, I woke up becuase my right arm moved ..when I woke my husband asked me if I was okay, I tried to respond, what came out was gibberish, he asked if I was okay, I tried to respond again  but nothing came out, I couldn't speak.  I realized my right side was numb, right hand was clenched I couldn't straighten it. After an hour or so whatever it was was over, I felt extremely tired and fell asleep.  I woke next morning with a bad migraine.  

Is what I described above another form of migraine?  Or ?

What I described above has happened to me a couple of times in the past few weeks, only to a lesser degree, I would get a foggy feeling in my right eye , feel slow and sluggish and it will take  all my effort to concentrate and speak.  It seems to affect my right side.  Previously almost all my migraines have been on the left side .

Dear Kristy:

Sorry that you have been having problems.  I would suggest that you see your physician.  What you describe may be various things.  The frequency of the episodes tends to make me think that it is not migraine, especially since it does not sound like this is your usual migraine symptoms.  It might be seizure activity, but likely not bitemporal, sounds more focal with a resulting Todd's paralysis of your right side.  Could it be progressive TIAs, and the answer would be "might be" but without examining you and knowing you history, I can't say.

I would see your physician and get worked up.
