I have a blue lump on my left arm in my elbow region, It's been hurting and growing so I went in to get an MRI done, here are the results:
"In the T2 weighted sequences, in the region of the medial epitrochlear region, there is a mildly lobular lesion measuring approximately 24 x 7 mm. This lies in the subcutaneous tissue, and may enhance slightly in a peripheral fashion. This is not associated with enlargement of the vascular structures, and is not consistent with AVM. Lymphangioma is in the differential diagnosis; however more likely conseration includes adenopathy. Malignancy is considered unlikely, but cannot be completely excluded. Excision should be considered in further evaluation."
Anyone help me on what this might mean?
