Mild lower lumbar facet DJD

The analysis on my MRI states "Mild lower lumbar facet DJD.  No bony lesion otherwise.  ...The sacrum and coccyx are unremarkable.  Levator ani muscles are normal and ischiorectal fossae are normal.  No bony lesion."  What does this mean?
I had the MRI done because I have been experiencing pain in my coccyx and sacrum.  It is painful to sit without a donut and get up from a sitting position.
