Mild to Moderate Ischemic Changes
Dr.
I received MRI for head throbbing sensation and received the actual results with conclusion of "Mild to Moderate apparent chronic small vessel ischemic changes within both cerebral hemispheres especially the white matter". No acute ischemic findings were noted or no enhancing lesions or other vascular abnormalities identified.  I'm on hypertesive, baby ASA X 2, atrial fib, cholest, trigly meds. I'm being refered to a nuero, what should I expect next? Thanks for your time.
