Missing Posterior Communicating Artery

by devinjmiller, Aug 14, 2009 06:30AM
My MRI results indicate reduced flow in my A1 segment and then says that i have no posterior communicating arteries.  What are the possible causes of this and how does it affect the functioning of my brain?
