Moderate effacement of atrium of right lateral ventricle

My husband had a large glioblastoma multiforme gr. 4 tumor removed in March (4 months ago).  It was in his occipital parietal area.  Last weeks MRI came back very 'clean' (no recurrence or residual enhancements) but the phrase I don't understand is: MODERATE EFFACEMENT OF ATRIUM OF RIGHT LATERAL VENTRICLE.

What does that mean?

Thank you!
