Morbus Baastrup (Baastrup,s syndrome?)

fourtnight ago I have been operated(neurosurgery) and among some osteophytes a" M.Basstrup" had been removed. Before the op. there was enormous pain and a blockage after only a couple of steps. The blockage is not there anymore but the nerve(nerve root was compressed as well) is still painful. I am easy with moving but the pain is there. There are no damages with nerves, funnction is ok. No paraestestesies. What is Baastrup. Why is a nerv aching so much after 14 days after op.? Will this go away? I am doing advised exercises several times a day. Any precautions?Thank you for being helpful via my email adress.Claudia
