More tests, still no answers...

I am submitting this as a follow up to a question posted on 12/09 regarding progressive symptoms post auto accident.  I wasn't sure whether my lengthy and involved question would be anwered, but I had to try.  Since the 12/09 posting, I have received the results of more tests to add to the normal brain MRI(w/o contrast) and CT, including a negative Lyme titer and normal VEP and bilateral SSEP.  I am assuming at this point that MS has been ruled out.  I will continue to take Corgard 2x a day for chronic migraine prevention, combo of Desipramine and Lorazepam at night for muscle twitching/cramping and sleeplessness, Phrenelin for migraine attacks and Alleve as needed for extreme muscle pains.  Prolonged episodes of visual blurring still unexplained.  I am tired of testing and have decided to cling to my neurologist's notion that this may all just disappear without ever knowing the cause.  While I don't like the idea of taking all these medications, I have learned not to question what works.
I am extremely impressed with the quality medical advice given on your website. Take care, and Happy Holidays.
