Mri Results

I need help with understanding what my mri results mean.

1. A small central herniated nucleus pulposus at L5-S1 contacts and mildly deforms the ventral aspect of the thecal sac.

2. A small rounded area of increased signal is seen in the C3 vertebra on bothe T1-T2 weighted images, likely representing a hemangioma. It measures approximately 7mm in diameter.

3. A mild broad-based disc bulge at C4-5 slightly deforms the thecal sac. A larger broad-based disc at c5-6 deforms the thecal sac and efface the ventral subarachnoid space without obvious impingement upon the cord.
