These are results of my mri, I have terrible leg and lower back pain that nothing helps. Does anyone know what would help or will I need surgery?

I posted a question as well tonight about my MRI results. They can be very confusing can't they.. I plan to contact my neurologist ASAP as he's called me to tell me a few broad things but, at the time I hadn't seen my results online. It's very frustrating. Are you having a lot of pain? I do and was only told I had bulging discs in c spine and make a 6 month appt. I just have such severe pain and from how he acted, it didn't seem like a big deal.
Hope you get some answers!
