Multiple Sclerosis & MRI results

First incident was in March 2003, had MRI showing T2 High Definition lesions in right side Medulla part of Brain Stem. Second incident August 2004 Optic Neuritis, had evoked potentials, lumbar puncture, mri - dx'd MS. September 2004 had balance relapse. February 2005 started Rebif.  March 2007 suffered severe pain and was placed on Gabapentin, Ibuprofen, Paracetemol and Modafinil for fatigue.  August 2007 further Brain & Spine MRI. Got results today.  Scattered active lesions in top of brain, further active lesions in medulla, no lesions in "small part of brain" (what area is this?).  Also told have arthritis in neck, and a C6 deformity which could explain the severe pain and stiffness around the neck.  What implications does the C6 have for me? What further help could I receive? How will this continue to impact on my life.  Does the C6 problem create a real problem.  Please help?
