: I am a pharmacologist working for a pharmaceutical company
called Roche Bioscience in Palo Alto, CA. I have been collecting
anecdotal evidence of the use of marijuana products in MS.
I am looking for clinical evidence of trials with marijuana products
in MS patients, especially with reference to urinary
  bladder effects.

Although I have no anecdotal experience, you may be able to find different ongoing clinical trials from the Center Watch Clinical Trials Listing Services website:  http://www.center.com .  I found this on the Mellen Center home page for neurology (which will soon have it's own website). Feel free to browse the Cleveland Clinic Web page http://www.ccf.org for other information as well.  I hope this will be helpful to you.
