Multiple Spinal Diagnosis - Advice Needed

Multiple Spinal Diagnosis - Advice Needed

Recently I underwent a series of MRI's for the shoulder, head, neck and lumbar. The results were not good and there are so many issues found in my back and neck that I am now very confused and scared. I was hoping someone here could give me some advice.

I was involved in an MVA in 2005. Three months later I was told I have Fibromyalgia. Then in 2010 I was involved in another MVA which brought on an extensive list of new problems and pain while also exacerbating the Fibro. The insurance ordered MRI's and this is what has been added to what is already a causing me major problems:

T11 - T12 mild degenerative changes.
L4-L5 mild degenerative changes including disc space narrowing, disc degeneration, osteophyte formation, and facet ligament flavum hypertrophy, causing mild to moderate spinal stenosis. Central disc herniation is also seen at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels without nerve root impingement.
There us a large sacral cyst measuring 5 x 1.6 x 7 cm. The appearance is consistant with a large Tarlov Cyst, Perineural Cyst or Intradural Arachnoid Cyst. There is also benign erosion of the sacral canal.
1 cm perineural cyst at Left C5-6 in the cervical spine. I was told they will cause neck and head pain but it is not recommended to treat it because of  the location around one of the critical vessels to my brain. (The Left Vertebral Artery)

So there's the diagnosis and I have no idea of what may have caused these issues, how they are effecting me now, or how they may effect me in future.

I always have pain in my hands, arms (aches like a toothache), shoulders, neck, severe headaches which at one point has even caused me to lose my eye sight for 3 hours! I have severe ongoing pain in my legs, hips, lower back and abdomen. Recently I've even lost bowel control.

I am only 40 years old and I have been unable to work for the past 5 years. Does this mean I will never be able to work again? What can happen in the future and what are the treatment options?

I am dazed and confused with this and I really would appreciate some guidance.

Thanks,

I look forward to hearing your opinions, recommendations and stories of any comparable experiences.
