Multiple symptoms - neurological or endocrine?

I need some direction on my symptoms.  For the past twenty years, I have been going numb and weak on one side when taking all different types of medicine.  Recently, I experienced these symptoms but without any medicine .  The weakness, numbness, droopiness of eye lasted one week.  MRI and MRA of brain and cerival spine okay.  EEG normal.  I then started getting tingling sensation in extremities, heart palpitations, spasms in my carotid artery, neck  and shoulder pain, burning sensations in back and legs, and near syncope.  After these episodes, I started having tremors.  My tremors have been going on for two months.  I get uncontrollable muscle spasms all over my body and jerks/thrashing of my arms when I relax and it feels like I am vibrating.  My tremors get worse when I stop moving, when I am cold, after physical activity or am stressed.  I also get involuntary movements with my fingers. e.g.  I click a mouse three times then stop but my finger moves three times, I click one time and stop but my finger moves one time.  When I have a burning sensation, it feels like someone is holding a curling iron to my back.  I had a EMG and NCV and told that I have benign tremors but I was not asked to do any other tests or answer any questions.  I had some blood tests to rule out some endocrine disorders because of family history (Graves, Addisons, pituitary tumor, etc.).  All came back ok.  Holter monitor and echocardiogram showed mild mitral regurgitation and rare PAC.  Neurologist, endocrinologist, and cardiologist have all said that they do not know what is causing my issues.  My biggest complaints are the spasms, especially in neck, and the tremors.  Any insight on how I should proceed or things to test for?  What is this weird thing with my finger?
My history includes idiopathic thrombocytopenia, tachycardia/ablation performed (PSVT, AVNRT), GERD, and chronic sinuitis.
I have extensive family history with endocrine, neurological, and vascular issues.

HI there.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing all of these.  From what you have described it seems to me that this is really a complex situation, and it will be very hard for any one doctor to arrive at a diagnosis.  I suggest that you discuss with your doctors regarding presenting your case in a multidisciplinary hospital conference where all the doctors in the hospitals usually attend.  This way, everyone can give their inputs and hopefully come up with a good diagnostic and therapeutic plan.

Take care and God bless.

Thanks for your input.  I am continuing to get more symptoms -- Severe neck pain and I can do the finger to nose test any longer.  I hit my lip every time.  I am going to talk to my doctor about referring me to Johns Hopkins or other similar hospital and I will check into the multidisciplinary conference.  Thanks again.

Did they run a test for Hashimoto's Disease - thyroid antibodies?

Yes they did.  Thyroid testing can back okay.  My father has hyperthyroidism, my mother hypothyroid, my three brothers have Addisons, Graves, and a pitituary tumor so they checked that because of my family history.  But thanks for the suggestion/thought.
