Muscle Weakness

Hi, can anyone help with these symptoms, no diag. at present:-

fatigue, neck pain, mouth weakness re when eating, food around mouth, dble vision in one eye uses prism glasses, balance problems, coughing and choking when eating, big toe sticking up (re balance maybe?)have had muscle spasm in back.

   are these symptomes  there all the time? or they could improve in the morning or after  a nap?

   Please post a full details like the age, gender, weight appetite, bowel motion..,any other diseases, smoking habit, and the most is what/ when do you get them ...and any family history of this or any other illnesses

   This could be between a simple Myasthenia gravis or diseases requiring an MRI !!

Thanks for your reply, here goes:- 43 year old male, shift worker (i.e lack of sleep on one of his shifts, drives for a living - chemicals).  symptoms have come on in the last 2 years. does improve after few days off work and sleep.
another symptom happened this week he went to sit down but kept shifting to either side of seats (without  sitting) he could not make his mind up, i.e. body was moving left to right but mind cldn't decide.  Not sure if just lack of sleep or medical problem, but it is getting worse.

Thanks for your help. i need him to go to Docs to rule out.

For a 43 y old man, this is unusual, better to talk him to his GP (family doc) to run a physical exam and rule out anemia/thyroid, and myasthenia gravis
