Muscle atrophy, how do you know?

by sydney360, Feb 07, 2009 10:00AM
I have been experiencing some odd symptoms, muscle tremors when my foot or leg are in certain exerted positions, and very sore toes, of late and am not sure what to look for when it comes to muscle atrophy. Can someone let me know what to look for, I would really appreciate the insight.

Thank you very much...

I have atrophy in my right leg. when I compare my two legs you can really see the difference in sizes. I have no real muscle to say of in my right leg. it is 1 1/2 inches smaller then my left leg. it is due to me "not using it" in other words I had so much pain in my foot I was"babying" my foot I was told and that is what caused it and you can get it back, ost of the time, by strengthing it not sure whatelse to look for sorry
I hope this helps a little
