i had these symptoms too and more and it turned out to be late disseminated Lyme. I finally had the WESTERN BLOT not the ELISA test and to see a Naturopathic Doctor who saved my life. I have been on antibiotics for two years now and finally about 65 percent better. Try getting Lyme ruled out. It is a tricky disease but epidemic. Also, there are 29 tick born diseases including Rocky Mnt. Spotted Fever and others. So coinfections can complicate diagnosis. Insist on a  Lyme Literate Doctor! Good luck, HealthyOneTwoThree

I am a forty-something, previously-healthy female and I too have been dealing with all of the above mentioned symptoms of numbness and tingling in left pinky and ring finger which later spread to left toes, foot, arm, and face. I've had piercing pain in my left eye, and some near-syncopal episodes. I also have daily headaches, drenching night sweats several times a month, debilitating fatigue, stiff neck/shoulder/shoulder blades (but mostly in right side), as well as some cognitive changes and difficulty swallowing. The only thing that has been found is a PFO in my heart (can be diagnosed with TEE or a bubble Echocardiogram) and a tiny pituitary microadenoma, neither of which the cardiologist or neurologist will contribute to these symptoms.

I'm totally frustrated with trying to get a diagnosis and treatment for these symptoms that are now so debilitating that I've had to alter my activities and lifestyle. I hope you're feeling better. Please post a follow-up if possible.

I too have all of these symptoms and have numerous test and blood work done, all with negative result, which would normally be great except, I'm still sick and don't know why.  I have had this problem for almost two years now.  Sometimes I  don't have it and it's great, but when I do, I feel really sick.

I am not a doctor or medical practicioner, but I would have a doctor look into the cariovascular system because the left side is usually the side to reveal a possible issue.  Stroke and heart attack are two possibilities I can think of, but there are many other things which cause the same symptoms.
