Since when do you the pain?
You can try alternate ice and heatBabies and heat rashes Heat emergencies Heat rash Infant heat rash Tenosynovitis therapy few times in a day and take an OTC pain killer for pain. You can also continue with the ointment.
If your pain does not improve please consult a specialist. Do keep us posted!
I was feeling this for since one month and i shown to doctor just two week back ago.i have no issue but mild pain in left back side shoulder shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain plate bottom area and joint area, middle of shoulder area in muscle only not in bone.i am looking for relief from exercise and workouts or yoga with out having medicine.
Yes you can try yoga, but please do so under supervision of a skilled instructor. Also you can try heat and ice therapy alternately to the affected area. Ice therapy will reduce the muscle spasm and heat therapy will increase the blood flow. These will help you feel better. Take care!
Yes you can do it very much at home. You can get a hot water bag from a store and fill it up with warm water and apply to the affected area.
Alternately you can fill it up with ice and water and apply.
You can use a bottle if you can’t find the bag. Take care!
Please be careful as to not to use very hot water, it should be warm and not steaming hot as you may end up burning your skin, same goes for cold water it should not be freezing cold.
You can continue for a few more days, if there is no relief, please get yourself evaluated by a clinician. Take care!
