My MRI = 3.7 x2.0 cyst in Left Middle Cranium

First, I would like to ask what likely treatment I will go thru for this, and if I will lose any hair in doing so. Also, on 9/20/08 I was in a terrible accident and nearly died. The entire left side of my head was purple and after, I had post-concussion trauma. Would the accident be a contributing factor to the cyst?
