My dad has Renal Kidney Failure and now mucle twitching

My dad is 45 and doesnt live near me but we talk and he cant get to a doctor for many reasons, a lack or qualifying for Medicaid, no car, hardly any money, no free clinics in his area or they just cant help him. He was seeing a kidney specialist about a year ago because he's spent time in jail and has quit using drugs several months ago he can no longer afford the specialist and is not in the same area anymore but has made a complaint to me that among other things he's having constant daily muscle twitches everywhere in his body and doesn't know why..he mentioned that it was starting to be painful. he said his Kidney specialist told him that would happen but were not sure if that's it or not and his Kidney function last he knew was around 16%. he also has some heart issues, he claims one heart attack already although i cant be sure, and Hep. C as far as i know this is true but as i dont live there i can only worry and ask about things he tells me.  i hope someone can help.   Ashley
