My daughter is in terrible pain

My daughter is 26 and has been diagnosed with mono and has been sick for over 3 weeks we have a huge out break of west nile here and threw research her symptoms dont all match just having mono. 4 days ago she started having soreness in the legs starting high by her butt, then it got worse and traveled down her legs limiting her ability to walk with out intense pain. all the research i have done on her symptoms that is not a symptom of mono. now her skin from her waste down is super sensitive to the touch her toenails hurt walking is very difficult for her and so is sleeping I am super worried and don't know what to do about helping her. Has anyone had mono and did you have these symptoms?
