My friend suffers from the following. Help.

Hi there, OK so basically, I have a friend and I don't know if the following means he actually has something or if this is just his imagination/anxiety :

1) Panic attacks
2) Forgets a lot/Short term memory*
3) Worsening eyesight*
4) Back pain, headaches*

3* He wears glasses pretty much all the time but didn't when he was younger. He is also on the computer a lot.
4* Again could be due to the fact he has sat a lot at the computer, but often says it's getting worse.  He also has times when his whole body feels sore.  As well as that he says he feels like there are lumps pressing on the inside of his head.  He is often mentioning unusual things, LIKE random minor shaking of hands.
2* He remembers some things very well that I can't remember but he also says he loses track of what he was "Just about to say" etc.

All this is from his description.  I am not completely convinced as he also seems to have a tendency to over-think, over-complicate and worry too much.  I think he suffers from anxiety issues perhaps.
