My memory is vanishing

My memory is vanishing

I'm 25 years old, and my recall has steadily declined over the past 4 years to the point of debilitation. I rely on semantic thinking for pretty much everything I do, and I find it more or less impossible to learn new skills. I forget most things I see, struggle with faces, and while a neuropsych exam showed my number recall is intact, I have serious trouble retrieving recent events, tasks, etc.

Need help here. Please!

Hi,
The causes of short term memory loss are- Chronic fatigue syndrome, Dementia, Vitamin B12 deficiency, cerebral tumour, Cerebrovascular disease, Huntington’s disease, Hypothyroidism, Lead poisoning and Hydrocephalus. Please go for MRI of the brain to rule out a neurogenic cause. Please keep yourself free from stress, take adequate rest, exercise regularly and take a diet rich in calcium, multivitamins, multiminerals and Omega 3 fatty acids. Please consult a physician and neurologist for examination, diagnosis and treatment. Hope  this helps you. Take care and regards!
