Mysterious Pain and Weirdness - help!

HELP!  Over the past few years, I’ve had migraines, geniculate neuralgia (frequent - lasting hours), a 2.5 cm schwannoma removed from my left thenar eminence, and most recently…Lhermitte's.  Many times I have intensely itchy spots or feel like bugs are crawling on my extremities for no reason and experience random sharp pains.

I’ve had multiple brain and cervical MRI’s and extensive blood work as well as extension/flexion films and the only finding was a mild cervical foraminal stenosis. The neurologist and neurosurgeon I’ve seen can’t offer any explanation of the neuralgia, schwannoma, or Lhermitte’s…and neither is willing to help me connect the dots of my history.  The neuralgia is debilitating.

Last week the Lhermitte’s diminished significantly, leaving as abruptly as it arrived.  Lhermitte’s is so closely connected to MS, which scares me immensely!  None of my doctors have mentioned MS, but I am worried…and frustrated.  What could all of this mean and what steps should I take next?
