Mystery Symptoms

In the past two weeks my husband has been in the hospital overnite twice.  All tests including Cat Scans and EEG's are normal.  His release diagnosis was Syncope in both cases.  His symptoms include double vision, severe headache, weakness in his knees and brief blackouts which all have a rapid onset and he usually feel perfectly fine before an episode.  He is a 60 year old who had two open heart surgeries for valve replacement with in 10 years of each other and also has a pace maker which rules out an MRI.  Nobody seems to know whats going on with him and it is causeing both of us alot of stress.  HELP Please!

This may be due to migraines or some compressing lesion in the brain. Follow up near a neurologist as diagnosis is important for this. Slowly with more symptoms the neurologist will be able to diagnose.
