NCS Question - Abnormal results

Does anyone know what an abnormal nerve conduction study mean?  Results were several conduction blocks in the lower leg and foot (I'm developing drop foot I think) and slowing of the velocity in upper and lower extremities.

Anyone know what I *could* be looking at here?

Nerve conduction studies measure the speed by which impulses travel to the nerves towards its target (usually a muscle) as well as the intensity.  A slowing nerve conduction can mean problems with the coating of the nerves called "myelin" which can be affected with nutritional deficiencies (B vitamins), compression of nerves (like from bulging disks in the spine), or primary diseases such MS or ALS.
