NF1

i have NF1 have had since birth and 16 operations since 11 months old. what all can NF affect. i have pain in my hips all the time i have had the pain since i was 16 and my ribs feel like their being pushed out i have had this pain since i was 14, also i  cannot sleep due to this pain its so bad at times that i sit in a scalding hot bath just to get the pain off my hips im 125 pounds and 5 feet 3/4 inches tall and 20 weeks pregnant..pre pregnancy weight is between 99 and 102 pounds so weight isnt my hip problem. my sister recently had a scan done on her back because of her hip and the tumor (NF) has caused her spine to twist should i be worried?
