Nasal Problems w/headache!

For the past couple years i have been having nasal problems like my nose is congested but when docs look in my nose they see no congestion. It almost feels like i am not getting enough oxygen to the brain. And this is causing me to feel light headed and fatigue. But lately it is getting worse i feel tingling in my head all over tightness all over and sharp pains in my left side of my head above ear. i also have been feeling like i forget to do things and lose concentration on what i am doing. my neck has been stiff for about 2 months now and i am feeling nausea and diahrea. And last lately my arms and legs feel tingling and numb and week and the circulation seems to get cut off easily. i saw a doc lately and he diagnosed me with allergic rhinitus and possibly a peptic ulcer he gave me xysol (allergy medicine) and nasal spray but doesnt seem to help. what do you think?
