Neck, shoulder, entire back pain with head aches

I am a 45 year old woman -  Need help reading MRI results doctor reading was : you are just fine nothing an antinflamitory and Naproxen with physical therapy cant fix..  I even asked about bad headaches and was told nothing, when asked could it be from getting hit in the neck he  answered " could be" shrugged shoulders.. Feel like I am getting this kind of treatment due to be a workers comp injury.. Since he will not explain... can someone please help me understand what this MRI results mean:....

I need help understanding the report it states:

Examination: MR Cervical spine.
Indication: neck pain: cervical radiculopathy

Levels: foramen Magnum T1
Findings: Reversal of the normal cervical curvature apex at c5-c6. No craniocervical junction mass noted.

Foramen magnum -c2: negative

c2-c3: left uncinate process and facet joint spur.

c3-c4: mild anterior dural sac compression by posterior annulus or spur. Left uncinate process spur.

c4-c5: Disc degeneration with disc space narrowing and anterior spurring. Mild unterior dural sac compression by posterior annulus or spur.

C5-C6:Disc degeneration with disc space narrowing and anterior suprring. Anterior dural sac compression and mild anterior cord effacement by posterior disc margin spur. Right neural foramen stenosis by uncinate process spur.

c6-c7: Disc degeneration with disc space narrowing and anterior spurring. Anterior dural sac compression by posterior annulus or spur. Right C7 nerve compression and left neural foramen stenosis by uncinate process spur.

C7-T1: negative
1.dics degeneration: c4-c5,c5-c6 and c6-c7
2. c5-c6 anterior cord effacement
3. nerve compression :right c7
4. Neural foramen stenosis: right c5-c6 and c6-c7 with potential irritation of the respective exiting nerves.


Examination: MR lumbar spine.
indication: back pain

Levels T11- Sacrum

Findings: Conus terminates normally at the thoracolumbar junction. Lowest complete disc space identified as L5-S1.

T11-T12: Disc dehydration and anterior disc margin spurring.

T12-L-1: Abnormality not demonstrated on sagittal images

L1-L2: negative

L2-L3: negative

L3-L4: negative

L4-L5: Mild disc dehydration and diffuse disc bulge. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy.

L5-S1: Disc dehydration, diffuse disc bulge. degenerative signal change in the adjacent vertebral body marrow. Bilateral neural foramen stenosis.

Impression:

1. disc degeneration: t11-t12 and l5-s1
2. Neural foramen stenosis: bilateral L5-s1 with potential irritation of the exiting l5 nerves.

please help me understand

why do i get these neckaches that give me so much pain i want to cry. ive had them all my life and they range from anoying to bedridden
