Neck Pain, Sometimes pressure in forehead and nose, can't concentrate, headache

I symptoms of neck pain, pressure in forehead and nose, headache and can't concentrate. I having this symptoms almost 9 months already. I have checked with ENT and they told me that my sinus is fine, and diagnose me with rhinitis. However, the medication don't work. I believe that I have no nose allergies. I've been to Neuro-psychiatrist and told me that I'm having anxiety, since I'm worried as I go abroad to work. They give me xanor, for testing and it work for about 2 takes only. Then, the doctor gave mo zoloft but still it makes me worse. Right now I'm working abroad and still getting these symptoms. I can't concentrate and having those pains, and these makes unproductive to work. Please help or suggest me on what to do, I'm really confused on the way I feel. All I have now is trust in God, and see this as trial. I keep on thingking as positive right now.
Beside mentioned above, some of my symtomps are: yawning and always fatigue.
