Neck Pain and Facial Numbness

For the past 4 or 5 months I have been having extreme neck pain with pressure in the back of my head and top of my head. It is also accompanied occassionally by facial numbness in the lower portion of my face. I Am 24 years old and in relatively good shape, with my only two other health issues being a Mitral Valve prolapse and IBS. I have been to a nuerologist who preformed blood work and conducted a MRI on both my head and Neck. All tests came back to be normal. These symptoms Get worse with lack of sleep and any form of Exertion. I Have tried Ice, Heat, massage, NSAIDS, to relieve the pain but nothing really works. When the pain and pressure are at its worst I feel as though my head weighs 300lbs and can barely keep it up. the pressures feels as though my head is going to pop open. My Vision is also a little off. My Nuerologist really had no answers for me and Im just wondering if anyone has similar symptoms or if anyone can give me an answer as to what this might be.
