Neck Pain

by appleeye, Aug 07, 2007 08:12AM
I am worried that I may have a brain tumor.  The last 4 nights I have been having trouble sleeping (insomnia).  Every little sound makes me jump or twitch.  When I am just about to fall asleep my body jitters/twitches and I wake up.  Also, I have started to sweat during the night which is totally not like me, usually I am cold.  The left side of my neck is so stiff and I feel as if I hear a clicking sound when I move my neck.  Two nights in a row I awoke from a dead sleep with a jump, like a tremor and then of course could not fall back asleep.
I had a MRI of the brain and a C-spine October 2006 and it was unremarkable.  Also, this May 2007 I had a CT scan of the brain and again they found nothing.  Are these enough tests to rule out a brain tumor?
