Neck Tremors

hi , i am a new member to this group.
I am suffering from a typical problem
Nowadays, i am getting tremors in my neck and arms. Initially i thought that these are essential tremors.
But the intensity of tremors is more in neck. The tremors are predominant while speaking with superiors or with friends. SOmetimes these tremors last for a day or two. When i am tired or having cold , the intensity of tremors is nill.
i a confused about this problem, i have searched internet , but none of the my tremor symptoms match with those given in internet. If anybody is having same tremors, please suggest what to do?
