Neck and Face Tingling

Hi, I'm 22 years old, and just recently I've been having some strange symptoms. I'll get a very brief, sharp pain somewhere in my body like my leg or abdomen, and then immediately following my face and my neck start to tingle on both sides. The tingling never lasts very long but it's so strange. It feels almost like a spasm. I'm not overweight, I have normal blood pressure, I run a lot. Is this a normal thing or should I go see a physician?

Hi, this could be incidental finding or may be some electrolyte imbalance, as you run a lot; this can lead to loss of ions or salts in sweat. If possible, get serum electrolyte along with calcium levels done. Are you on some medications?

Neuropathy due to vitamin B deficiency is remote possibility. If symptoms persists for more than a month, do consult doctor.
