Hi I have these virtually exact same symptons,I have had 3 MRI's, tried anti-depressants and now on prescribed propranolol hydrochloride all of which are not helping and have also tried hypnotherapy.
This is starting to get quite distressing as I drive for a living and it is getting worse.

I have been experiencing the symptons for four years now and can remember the day clearly when it first happened.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm getting to the end of my teather with it,many thanks

Chris......UK.
