Neck bulge with pain and pain in entire body

I am 21 yearold female only heath problem is asthmaand I am over weight, 5'7 200lbs. Since mid February I have been experiencing pain. It started in left side of chest right under breast and was like a burning pain. Aweek later it turned to upper left side back ache. Doctors said it was torn muscle.After acouplemore weeks I began to have sharp shooting pains through out arms and legs.I have been to 6 different doctors and no one can find anything wrong. I have had ekgs and xrays all normal also had electrolytes checked. A few days ago I noticed severe neck pain and while looking in the mirror I seem to have a bulge on back of my neck ( where neck meets mym back not sure what area is called)I am starting to look like hunchback of notre dom. The bulge itself is not painful more or less uncomfortable. I can really feel the bulge when I look up so I try not to. Also the pain in my left upper arm is so constant and achy that I can not lift it over my head without severe pain. I am begining to think that the doctors think I am crazy since they have found nothing wrong with me. My mother inlaw mentioned fibromayalgia or maybe  pinched nerve. It is so irritating that no one can find a problem. I am constantly in pain and I jyust want answers.Has anyone experienced anything like this? If they have what was the problem? I am freaking out thinking I am going to die or be debilitated forever. Anyone please help.Oh also my last period was really abnormal...very light and longer than usual. Thanks!

I forgot to add that for the past three days my right eye has been extremely bllod shot on and off not really itchy when this happens my eyes usually feels dry and vision is cloudy untill I put drops in eyes.I think the reason no one is taking me seriously is because I have such a wide variety of symptoms. I have not been to the doctors since the neck pain started because no one seems to be doing anything for me. I am 21 with 2 kids and this is affecting my life with them and my husband. I need help asap!

skip all the usual (pain in the arm) I had an MRI done and the results came back as "Left paracentral protrustion at C4-5 is effacing the ventral cervical cord. Residual AP diameter at this level is 8.3mm." I do have an appt. to see an Ortho, but I just wanted to know what to expect when I get there. I have never seen this dr. before.

I'm having sharp shooting pain up right side of head.I've had this for years off and on. About a month ago I got a lump on that side of neck ,several DR's said it was probably a limp node,but now I'm having this shooting pain in same area and pain has lasted 2 days.Does anyone have any ideas ?
