For the past couple months, I've noticed a grinding type of noise when I rotate my

Radial head injury back and forth. It could have been there for a long time, but I just noticed it in November. Should I be concerned? I have no neurological symptoms, but I do have cartilage problems in my
handsHand or foot spasms
Hand tremor and feet. Also, I have a sensation of choking that started in November also.
